Joe was a great listener and quick to pick up on our style and needs, and in no time he was bringing solutions that we would never have come up with. “This team was contracted to do the architectural work on an addition to my home. I sketched out the overall design. Nong listened and offered his suggestions. At the conclusion, his overall design and improvements when far beyond what I had envisioned. He walk through all the paperwork and time needed to get all the permits which allowed me time to take care of the family and talk about the new look. The project is still under construction, but I know my family and I will be happy with what we both (myself and Nong) envisioned.”

“The staff at Ohashi Design Studio helped me design my kitchen/living space. I wanted to open up our galley kitchen to be able to see our incredible view from the kitchen. They came up with a design I never imagined could work so well. Rather than just remove a wall, they moved the kitchen, changed it to a more functional shape and not only opened up the view, but made the living space feel like we were outside. I have been especially impressed with their level of service. They listened to my dreams and goals and turned it into a reality beyond what I'd hoped for. They were available anytime I needed guidance during construction and made sure the project was built down to the finest details. They helped me find a contractor and oversaw the bidding process. They helped pick out all the materials and finishes, even the paint color. I can't say enough about their level of expertise and professionalism. I worked with Dave and Alan.”

“Impluvium listened to my spiritual desires to create a contemporary space that made guests feel instantly welcome while providing function for everyday life. I described a desire that my home subliminally feel like a space where East meets West. Many visitors comment on how "happy", comfortable, and Zen like my home is. Mission accomplished thanks to Tim Haley! The project involved an extensive remodel of my 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse inclusive of footprint expansions (addition of ~75 sq. ft.), relocation of all plumbing and electrical, removal of demising wall, new windows, doors and skylights, and creative solutions designed to maximize space. In particular, Impluvium not only designed an aesthetically beautiful ceiling in the great room, but it also provides layers of light for multiple uses at all times of the day and night, functionally it is a chase which delivers the in-home sound system and HVAC system, and it masks the new structural beam required when the demising wall was removed. The accuracy and completeness of Impluvium's design and architectural drawings were instrumental in expediting HOA approvals and permits.”
