It was not an easy task but they came up with a good plan and also suggested some ideas which we hadn’t thought of. They worked very hard and kept us informed throughout. “Having been let down by another contractor 2 days before refurbishment work on my 3 bathrooms was due to start, I posted the requirement online and Tom from TC Wetrooms made contact within 30 minutes. He was able to meet me at my house that evening after work to see what was required and then sent across the quote later that night with a start date the following Monday. TC Wetrooms did a great job. Their focus is very much geared towards high quality delivery as opposed to just getting the job down however possible. Tom is a bright, personable guy who communicates well and operates in a professional manner. He provided sound advice where needed and displayed a flexible approach. Also Tom and the guys left the house tidy at the end of each day and demonstrated good timekeeping. The work was completed on time and the bathrooms look great. I would have no hesitation whatsover in recommending TC Wetrooms.”

He originally provided me with tiles for a house refurbishment over 2 years ago and I was extremely pleased with his overall service that I have not used anywhere else since. He has now assisted me with 4 residential refurbishments and provided me with stunning tiles for my office refurb. Jarda suggested a few tiles for my office as I was unsure of which tile would be professional and classy. Since installing them, every client that visits our office comments on how stunning they look. As I am an estate agent I have many landlords that request suppliers for refurbishment jobs and I would never recommend anyone that I did not trust 100%. I always recommend Jarda @ Letta as he has been able to provide better value items which offer good quality and a service to assist with building works. None of my landlords have ever complained!”
