From initial contact , selection, production and installation, I always am informed as to the status of my jobs as well as any delays or changes. As a Contractor you can only imagine the value of not having to chase this information down. “I cannot say enough about my experience with the professionals of JAM Shower Door. Julian was recommended by the tile company I was working with on the construction of my home. I had contacted and received other bids for this project, but his price was less than the other shower door companies in my area. Each time Julian came to my home he was on time which was wonderful, since with home construction I'm certain everyone knows that can be rare. Julian helped me choose and understand the care of products I chose- I cannot be happier with the results. As an aside, Julian is an extremely positive, and I would add joyful person who truly enjoys his profession and takes pride in every aspect of the job. I highly recommend JAM-”

“These guys are awesome. I was trying to do some last minute corrections to a property that I was selling and needed someone to come out quickly. To my surprise, the great gal on the phone did her magic and coordinated one of the technicians who was in the area to divert and come to my property. The technician was very courteous and actually apologized to taking so long....(although it was approximately 10 minutes). He greeted me and thanked me for the opportunity to serve. I showed him the problem with a couple of windows that I was having an issue with and he said " Oh yeah, i got this".....He had the problems corrected within 10 minutes and I was thrilled. “They replaced shower enclosures in two of our bathrooms, one is a frameless sliding enclosure for a tub and the other is a frameless shower door and panel. I know everyone seems to like the clear glass now but we went with a patterned glass called "rain glass". It gives us privacy and has a modern look compared to the old patterned glass we had from the mid 80's. The stairs to our 2nd floor also screamed 1985 with wood spindles and carpet on the steps. They did an unbelievable job transitioning this into a focal point as you walk in the front door with a marble and granite floor, in the foyer. New oak treads, handrails and banisters and wrought iron spindles. But the finishing touch was tiling each stair riser with,glass tile. Everyone who walks in the house stops and comments on how beautiful it is!!! Victor has also suggested adding small LED strip lighting under each step to accent the glass tile. I'll send additional pics if we do that. Thanks guys. Great work!”
