“Cunha Pavers did a excellent work at my house, doing two different projects, one of them was a base for my swimming pool, it was amazing how fast and clean job they did. And the second one they did in my driveway, also amazing job, I can’t recommended a better company then Cunha Pavers to do what you need. They are great in what they do.”

“We just had our driveway replaced with John Molina Concrete. John contacted me right away and met with me the next day. He was very helpful and explained the options to me in a way that I could understand. He provided a proposal that night and work started within the next week. Demolition was quick and our yard was left clean. Concrete arrive the following week and the crew had the concrete poured and it looks amazing. John and his crew were professional and courteous. John was always reachable via text and phone. Will definitely recommend John Molina Concrete to anyone who needs concrete work done.”

“Paul Vander provided consultation, and instalation of a french drain system to correct a moisture problem under the house. This led to a remodel of the backyard (removal of existing concrete patio, and replacement with stamped concrete; addition of retaining wall and secondary french drain; concrete pour on both side of house with drainage; partial additon to front driveway, remodel of front walkway). All through the original project and remodel, Paul gave me estimates and updates at each steps, worked with me to stay within budget as much as possible, and gave me ideas to help find solutions to any issues that always seem to crop up. The entirre project took almost four months, but the end result was very satisfying and eye pleasing. Needless to say, my wife was satified (even happy) with the result.”

Valcon delivers on all three! The are priced fairly, deliver high quality (and stand behind their work) and complete the job in the time frame you specify. The work they did on two of our properties is fabulous and I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Love Your Floors has done several concrete grinding projects at our school over the past couple of years and we appreciate having them as a partner in upgrading the facilities here. Our teachers especially admire the lift it gives their whole classroom when Albert rejuvenates their floor. Love Your Floor's workmanship is first rate and their pricing is very competitive. They are responsive to our needs and very accommodating when scheduling within our limited summer window. They always start and finish their work on time and complete their projects on budget. Any additional work or change orders are negotiated fairly. Overall, Albert and Maureen couldn't be more professional or easier to work with and we value them as a resource for our school. .”
