“We had Korth Excavating and Concrete replace a broken concrete porch stair and create a 3' by 30'+ sidewalk from our porch to our driveway that had previously been woodchips. The crew came out, moved all the bricks that lined the woodchip path and stacked them for us, pulled out the old stair, and created a BEAUTIFUL sidewalk for us. In addition, they did no damage to our grass and the surrounding gardens in a space that was difficult to maneuver. The crew was professional, courteous, able to work around my schedule (I work from home) when having to use loud equipment and, as a result, we have a terrific sidewalk our kids use constantly for their rollerblading and bikes. I would absolutely recommend Korth Exvacating and Concrete. They responded to our request for a bid immediately and pricing was more than reasonable.”

“Where do I even begin. If you have foundation problems look no further than this company. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I know you hear that about a lot of companies but what you will find working with this company that you won't with others is the dedication, perseverance, and commitment they will give you. We had a really tough issue and one I personally would not have blamed them if they threw in the towel but they did not they stuck with us and never quit. They came at a moments notice, arrived when they said they would, went above and beyond to help us get our problem resolved and clean up afterwards. It was messy work but once they were done they cleaned up their mess so well you would not have even known they were jackhammering up cement in my basement. I have dealt with many contractors with my personal homes as well as the rentals we owned and have never worked with a better group of people. I cannot say enough about them. All this and they came in with the best price! Look no further!”

“North Shore removed a very old (80 years +/-) concrete side walk on the front, side and rear of our home and replaced with exposed aggregate reinforced concrete in a creative and functional design/layout. This included a 10x10 patio pad as well as a stairway to a basement entrance. The job was completed according to the estimate and on schedule. Also, very important to us, the North Shore team cleaned up completely after the job and left our landscaping intact. Highly recommended. .”
