We reside on the west coast, but have a condo in Miami which was in dire need of a remodel, With the pandemic, travel was restricted, so we did the entire remodel via telephone and video apps. We relied on our contractor to do all the leg work from obtaining permits, shopping, purchasing, delivery of materials -- everything necessary for the remodel. He was patient, informative, reliable and provided excellent service and workmanship. Above all, he and his employees were trustworthy. Their scheduling was on time, they provided a catalogue with paver colors and styles with the possibility to go to their supplier to see the actual colors. “I don't usually take the time to write a review but after recently moving to Miami and experiencing the extreme dishonesty and corruption of most contractors here I felt it was very important to highlight the great work and professionalism of Ariel, Cricket Pavers. First of all, Ariel showed up, on time, to give us an estimate for removing our concrete driveway and replacing it with pavers, and adding on a circular driveway. Showing up is not really something that should be praised in a normal review, but this is a review for a company in Miami. One common feature of contractors in Miami is that they make appointments and don't show up, don't call, and will show up days later like nothing is wrong or not show up at all. Extremely unprofessional but seems to be the standard way of doing business in Miami. Ariel show up prepared. He had brochures, material, took measures and provided an estimate on the spot. The job was not a small job, it was 2300 sq ft. I already had three other estimates and Cricket Pavers was not the cheapest but we decided to go with Cricket because they seemed to be the most professional business we met. My wife and I already had the pavers we wanted in hour heads but Ariel provided us with an extensive live of paver jobs he had done in Miami and strongly encouraged us to go around and look at the jobs to see how the pavers "worked" with the different houses. We can't thank him enough for the recommendation. After visiting many of his previous jobs, we decided to go with a different paver and color, and we couldn't be happier. The workers arrived on schedule and worked their butts off. I had a few issues with sprinklers but I had told Ariel I would be rerouting them myself. Well, the sprinkler job was a little more difficult than I expected and the workers gave me the time and space I need to get my work done. I'm sure I caused the paver setting to be delayed but I didn't hear one complaint from Ariel or his workers. In short, Cricket Pavers and Ariel, were extremely professional at every level, from how they deal with you as a customer to the work they do. I will be using Cricket again next year to redo my pool and patio area. Cricket Pavers, highly recommended.”

“I used this company in 2016 to install concrete pavers for one of my rental properties. The pavers were installed on the walkway, patio area and front entrance. The quality of material and workmanship was very good and the work was done in a timely fashion. The cost of $2500 was reasonable compared to other estimates. I would use them again.”

“I recently bought a home that had a pool, patio, and front courtyard that had not been updated since the house was built in1986. It had the ugliest stamped, painted patio, which didn't drain when it rained , was slipper and the paint was peeling. The steps from the front door had been built wheras it was easy to fall since it was 3 small steps instead of 2 steps. My fiancé and I proceeded to interview different paver companies, I would say 6 in all. We finally called National brick pavers at a acquaintances recommendation. We met with the owner Dave Gordon and explained everything we wanted to do to the outside of the house. He came back the following week with a quote to redo the pool and the patio. We hired him that day! I was so relieved that we didn't need to keep interviewing. We felt that National Brick Pavers quote was fair, and they had a solid reputation and Dave Gordon was professiona and instilled confidence when he spoke about what had to be done. Dave Gordon was accessible and present from meeting us to pick out our travetine to picking out our glass pool tile. He stayed on top of everyone that was involved with the project . He even recommended a landscaper that we used and were very happy with. (Best Landscaping) . The only issue we had was that we had to wait 2 weeks longer than we initially wanted to since we had family coming down. Dave didnt want to squeeze us in and rush his guys. Well it was worth it! we are thrilled with the outcome. Everything came out beautifully and all the drainage problems were gone. You would never recognize the outside from the before pictures. Once I figure out how to post before and after pictures I will post them. With confidence I can definitely recommend National Brick Pavers!!”
