“I had well over 5000 sq ft of concert/pavers that needed a new look. Had couple companies stop by to give bids and none of them had the knowledge and experience. Fortunately, I found Armando and his expertise made me hire him on the spot. It was one of the best decisions I have made. His pricing is very fair and better than the competition. Armando was able to create samples and helped me choose the right colors. It took sometime to make up our minds but he was patient throughout the process. He even went out of his way and did bigger samples to provide us better idea. Once we were set with the colors, Armando began the work. They are one of the hardest workers I have seen. I have been in construction multiple times and these guys are definitely on top of my list. It was burning hot, 100 degrees and these guys were out in the sun for 8+ hours laying out the epoxy, paint, stain, seal. They never complained and the work done was top notch. The outcome was at superb level. It is better than if I laid out a new concrete. I was happy with the work and the professionalism Armando presented. You can not go wrong this company. Patients, hard work, and expertise makes them number one on my list for outdoor flooring restoration! Thank you Armando again for all your hard work!”

They did a big roof job for us before and they did a fantastic job, so when I needed a trusted contractor we hired them to build our dream house and we were very pleased with how smooth the process went. They are extremely knowledgeable and reliable professionals. I know when they are on the job site the job is getting done right! They are effective, adaptable and are great with communication. The leadership skills to manage a team made the project absolute success!”

“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

James, the owner is great at communicating and executing the desired finished look and aesthetic that I wished to achieve. I am so grateful to have had a great experience with this renovation. I would definitely hire these guys again. It's hard to find people you can trust in the construction business and James always had a reasonable price and his guys always executed with quality materials and experience.”

“What a great paving company! Eric came out on the first call with a fair and honest estimate on our large project. From that day on we received incredible work and craftsmanship throughout the paving of our new driveway. The crew run by him were considerate and very competent every day of the job. I could not recommend this company more. Always available and always making sure the customer comes first and is 100% satisfied throughout the project. Excellent guys! “Morris Bricks and their team were awesome! He patiently consulted us and still came in within budget after design changes. We love our yard so much. The turf looks amazing a year later. No issues with drainage after the crazy unusual rains. We are getting ready to update the next section of our yard and are excited to work with Adam again!”

“David Odell and his crew did an amazing stamped concrete patio and stone veneer garden wall at our summer home. The stamped concrete work was elegant and the color choices he recommended for both the stone and concrete really complimented the surrounding hardscape beautifully. They are perfectionists and left the site cleaner than when they originally arrived. Excellent job guys thanks again! Mark W.”
