Patrick LeCours came to do the estimate and we were not only thoroughly impressed with how knowledgeable he was but how well he explained the procedure and that he would do the job correctly. If we were to sell our home, we were confident that the foundation would pass inspection, which was extremely important to us. Once hired, Patrick's crew and staff were professional and always kept us abreast of the process and what exactly was needed once the excavation was done.
