“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

“We hired Isaiah Bautista and his team to replace our concrete pool deck. The entire team was dependable, courteous, and conscientious. Isaiah and his team lead, Chris, had excellent design ideas, and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the project. They dealt professionally with our pool resurfacing contractor to coordinate scheduling issues. It was a pleasure to work with them and with Julie, their office manager. Bautista Concrete was recommended to us, and the estimate they provided was 20-25% lower than an estimate we received from another contractor. We are very happy with our new deck, and we highly recommend Bautista Concrete.”
