Robin is a perfectionist and demands a "perfect installation". If required, which doesn't happen often, Robin will bend over backwards to create total satisfaction for my/his clients. Robin continuously investigates new products and new equipment, spending countless hours on the internet improving his service. “I cannot say enough about Romi and his company RCM, they are fantastic! Last year my husband and I wanted our driveway to be paved but we did not know where to go or how to begin. We searched around, interviewed several contractors in Conneticut and were not satisfied.
