“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

The crew was excellent and profession for the 2 weeks they were here. Our Patio came out better than we could have imagined. Not only did Emily help with the design but she also was detail oriented to think of the future real estate values and aesthetic to keep our house marketable.”

“What a great paving company! Eric came out on the first call with a fair and honest estimate on our large project. From that day on we received incredible work and craftsmanship throughout the paving of our new driveway. The crew run by him were considerate and very competent every day of the job. “I had a great experience working with Martín and his son Martin! Both of them made the construction process very easy and I and extremely happy with the stone work that was installed at my home. I first got an estimate for the work from Martin Jr. He helped me with the design process and helped me select a stone for my home. He brought to my home over 5 samples of flagstone and ledgerstone from Resource Building Materials. Once I chose the stone, Martin Sr (Owner of Pacificland) came over with his crew and installed the beautiful stone work himself. The job came out great and I am glad I chose them for my remodeling project.”
