“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

James, the owner is great at communicating and executing the desired finished look and aesthetic that I wished to achieve. I am so grateful to have had a great experience with this renovation. I would definitely hire these guys again. It's hard to find people you can trust in the construction business and James always had a reasonable price and his guys always executed with quality materials and experience.”

The crew was excellent and profession for the 2 weeks they were here. Our Patio came out better than we could have imagined. Not only did Emily help with the design but she also was detail oriented to think of the future real estate values and aesthetic to keep our house marketable.”

“I had a great experience working with Martín and his son Martin! Both of them made the construction process very easy and I and extremely happy with the stone work that was installed at my home. I first got an estimate for the work from Martin Jr. He helped me with the design process and helped me select a stone for my home. He brought to my home over 5 samples of flagstone and ledgerstone from Resource Building Materials. Once I chose the stone, Martin Sr (Owner of Pacificland) came over with his crew and installed the beautiful stone work himself. The job came out great and I am glad I chose them for my remodeling project.”

“I recently designed my husbands production office in Los Angeles. After looking at the various possibilities of flooring we both decided on epoxy. We liked the clean look, durability and shine the floor gives to a new space. After contacting several different flooring companies I was extremely frustrated. Nobody seemed to talk about anything other than how fast and cheap they could get the job done. I wanted to hear more about quality. So, I finally met with West Coat Flooring and wished I'd called them first. The general manager (Luka) walked me through the process and provided and addressed all of our creative concerns. He even explained to us how different applications will create a slightly different look. He really took the time to explain everything we needed to know, along with estimate costs and timeline that were both ultimately met as promised! We eventually chose a silver and white metallic and it came out stunning! We couldn't be happier with the floor and strongly recommend West Coat Flooring to anyone looking for a company who actually cares about their work and not just the money.”
