“Very impressed with this store and staff! Their display is extensive and carries a wide range of prices and styles. We worked mainly with David Rapay who solved multiple lighting problems that came up during an overly ambitious renovation project. He sat with us in the store for hours to plan out recessed can trims, bulbs and filters - and then remembered each of the can locations and product decisions when questions came up later. He recommended specialized bulbs for wall fixtures with unusual locations and saved us money with less expensive specialized lighting options in other locations. Everyone in the store is friendly, competent and professional. This store was a real find, recommended by our contractor.”

“I was building a 3D printer and looking for the brightest LEDs I could find... I stumbled onto Flexfire LEDs, and am VERY glad I did! They have a good range of consumer grade, commercial grade, and even industrial grade LEDs. I haven't tried out the industrial grade, yet, but I can attest that the consumer & commercial grade are top notch. They are even brighter than I expected them to be and worked perfectly for how I was using them on my 3D printer build. I liked that they have a lot of accessories that are nice to have to aid in easy installation of the LEDs such as connectors/dimmers/drivers/etc. And they ship quickly to boot!”

The firm also restores vintage pieces, such as the Art Deco brass floor lamp that I brought for Mr. Pressy to examine. The craftsmen meticulously dismantled, cleaned, polished, and reassembled the lamp so, not only would it shine brightly, but it would not longer lean off balance. Mr. Pressy and his staff treat all customers as valued and treasured clients--they are professionals easy to work with in every sense of the word.”

“I am supremely happy with Launch Home Systems. They are fair, friendly, responsive and totally professional through the process. They always follow-up quickly when needed. Ron designed and installed my home theater, coordinating all the required trades, etc., and did a phenomenal job. Subsequently, I have used them for several projects from 2006 through 2013, adding security cameras, updating equipment, adding capabilities, changing cable suppliers, etc., and are always happy with them. He has also worked with my impressed neighbor on similar projects. He and his team are great. Their prices are reasonable and they don't invoice until you are totally satisfied with the project.
