“Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

“Marc Gibbons worked as our project manager when completing our full home renovation. Marc was an excellent person to work with. He was very professional at all times. Marc always new exactly what was going on in our house and what projects would be happening next. He always made sure projects were being completed correctly and on time. He always kept us informed and took time to explain everything going on. Marc is a very kind and friendly individual. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. “Buildaholics constructed a large detached garage for us, 22 x 24 ft. Dave was a pleasure to work with from the first call to project completion. His design experience and knowledge of building codes made the planning stage a pleasure. When we discovered that the existing concrete pad was flawed, the adjustment of cost to tear it out and pour a new pad was reasonable. Dave is easy to contact and communicates clearly. In my 30 years of home ownership, I haven't had a better contractor. Dave is a gem!”

Martin's creative, thoughtful and cost-conscious approach helped to take all the pain out of the renovation process. “UDCC originally did my roof, insulated and cladded my garage, tiled my front porch and some concrete demo work for a new deck. They then did an extensive concrete front decking project (+100k) for our condo bldg. UDCC are well equiped with trailers, heavy tools and qualified craftmen and skilled workers. Grant Griffin is the owner/operator and runs a a good flexible crew and can draw on aditional manpower from the local skilled pool for more demanding jobs. I strongly recommend them for residential and commercial projects.”

“I would like to encourage anyone looking to hire a team of professionals to work on their home to hire Ryan Dumaresq and his team at Evolve Developments. We were referred to Ryan from a trusted client of mine last year, and when it came time to ask for quotes, I was impressed with the speed and professionalism which Ryan demonstrated. We hired him and his team and he built us a spectacular fence. The job site was clean, he worked to be considerate to our neighbour's requests to ensure her dog did not escape during the process, and the job was done on time and on budget. “I hired DXN Developments to construct a complicated rail ranch fence, and equine training set-up. The project needed to be done to exacting standards.
