“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“DRC did an incredible job building a detached studio/home office for us this fall. We didn't know anything about construction, and we weren't sure exactly what we wanted or how to approach the project. Vincent and Cuco came to the property and helped us design and place a structure that was exactly what we needed and that could be built quickly while staying strictly within county guidelines. The project started almost immediately, and they finished in just over a month! The crews were always polite, kept our property neat, and everyone really seemed to take pride in the final product. Our new studio gives us a beautiful space, a whole new area of our yard that was unusable before, and will add value to our property. We can't say enough good things about DRC -- would hire them again in a heartbeat!”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job. The job went extremely well and was better than what we expected. There were never any hidden costs and the job came in on the agreed upon budget. We are extremely pleased with the work of Don’s company and will hire them again for any future work needed.”
