As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. “I highly recommend this company. I had water damage in my basement so I looked for a local company to give me a price to repair it. Accurate contracting was 1 of the places I called. Ron and Ryan (and the rest of the crew - thank you all) were available and gave me a price. Theirs was not the lowest, nor the highest price, but I was impressed with their professionalism, respect for me and my home and courtesy. That professionalism, respect and courtesy was not a fluke with the bidding process. The team completed the job and I am more than happy with it, especially the communication that kept me up to date. When it's time to replace the flooring in the basement, I will be reaching out to them again.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Robert on the repair of a second story deck over my kitchen addition this past summer. The repair became much more involved than expected and Robert patiently worked with me to be sure the work was completed with as minimal disruption to my family as possible. Since this repair was attempted at least once prior to working with Robert and his team, he was certain to consider multiple options to complete the work with the highest quality possible, a true lifetime fix.
