“Innovation preformed a stellar remodel of my 1927 Craftsmen. From the foundation up. They replaced all of my plumbing with PEX, all of my knob and tube to romex and insulated my entire roof and walls. They resurfaced my floors and walls, and completely remodeled all of my bathrooms and my bedrooms. My wife was pregnant with our second child so they had to manage to finish the house in a timely manner, get all the permits approved, and have the house complete before she gave birth. They were vacuuming the last piece of dirt when we brought my daughter home to her brand new amazing home. Working with contractors is difficult, and usually a disaster when it comes to communication. I'd say that working with Innovation was the same. It was hard and when you are remodeling a home that old--- its hard to stay on the same page with your contractor. Dont get me wrong-- we had our issues throughout the process-- but the end result was something amazing, and the bill was well below what I would have expected to pay. If you want great work, quality work, for reasonable pricing-- these are the guys to hire. If you want someone to hold your hand and provide excellent communication and planning--- you're in for a headache---- but i promise it will be worth it. Thanks Andrew and Team!!!”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“We contacted SunLife Windows to replace our windows and patio sliding doors. They were very fast to respond to our email and a salesperson came to us the following day. He was very friendly and professional. He took the measurements and went over the options. We decided to go with them because they were very experienced and their price was the best for the same brand of windows quoted by two other companies. Their communication was very clear throughout the process. Two installers showed up on time and they did a great job with installation and clean-up. We're very happy with these beautiful windows and their service.”

“We moved to California a few years ago, and were a little in the dark on who to go to when we purchased our home. Our freind recommended Bay Home Remodeling for our project, and we could not be more pleased with the work. They really took the reigns and completed an amazing project for us. Tom was prompt, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Our home built in the almost 100 years ago and had minimal renovations over the years. The team helped us create a beautiful design that opened up the floor plan, and completely remodeled the house based on our life style. Tom and Gal were the lead contractors on our job, and we loved having them at the house every day. We were actually very sad when they were finished because it meant they wouldn't be a part of our day to day life. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. Everything was completed to perfection. They made the home new, while keeping the charm of the house. The team gave us great insights along the way. When we were stuck on a decision they guided us the right direction. I loved that Tom would always include his input when we were making a design decision. His expertise and experience was invaluable in making the right calls. We found that the selection of finishes from the Bay Home Remodeling partners excellent. We love the cabinetry, flooring, and counter top. “Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “Manny and his crew are on time, honorable, efficient and extremely neat. The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”
