“Summit Construction completed my home in 2007 --- It is now July 2015 and I am still so impressed with the quality of the construction. It is my family's second home, yet we rented it often to others. We have had so few issues -- I am truly amazed. Each visit I seem to notice some detail that I have never noticed before --- this visit I was working in my front gardens and noticed copper flashing to hide the foundation --- oh, do I wish my primary residence had such flashing! It is beautiful and conceals the concrete foundation. Dwayne was a perfectionist and I feel blessed that we choose him to build our home. The pictures that he has posted do not do the home justice, so I am going to add a few of my own.”
