“My bedroom ceiling and floors were damaged from a storm over a year ago. My coworker referred me to CDR Contractors and I’m so thankful I called for their services. They are professional, dependable and great customer service. They also offered me a very reasonable quote. They did a great job on replacing my entire ceiling and floors. In both cases, Mr. Drew, the CDR Contractor owner walked me through the process and took care of communicating with my insurance company. I truly appreciate that he updated me every step of the way. Prior to the remodel, I suffered from severe allergies because of the old ceiling insulation. Not only they replaced the entire ceiling and floors of my bedroom, but they also painted the walls, installed a beautiful ceiling light/fan and flat screen tv. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I’m very happy with my bedroom make-over, a place to relax from a stressful day at work. I highly recommend CDR Contractors for your home remodeling needs! I will definitely contact them again in the future.”

“7 Elements Home Improvements completed a deck with a rooftop area for me. I also had my shed remodel, instead of replacing it and spent more money. I couldn’t be more pleased. They are incredible craftsmen, from the design/drawing phase, to the details of construction. At the end of the day, they made sure that everything was cleaned and organized. Their work ethic and dedication to quality is truly unparalleled. They worked closely with us to ensure that we were pleased with our choices and provided options when needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Besides being skillful, they are friendly, polite and kind people.”

“Cisco Remodeling is an excellent company! They just completed some extensive remolding work at my home and I can say that Fransico and his team are very skilled in all aspects of remodeling. They do excellent work and are very professional. They have great costumer service and work very hard to make sure you are completely satisfied with their work. “We found VKB to be a great choice for our full master bathroom remodel. They provided their estimate quickly and out of the 3 other quotes we received for this project they were the least expensive. The work was done with care, especially the tile work, which took longer than expected but only because the workers were careful and meticulous with their detail. We were short some tile, and in these cases they clearly told me what I needed to go get, which was much appreciated. The allowances in the budget for the fixtures and mirrors and such were generous; in fact, we decided to buy our own at Home Depot and received a credit. We relied on VKB to arrange the vanity/counter and shower door, both of which came out much better than expected. My only criticism would be a few minor details were missed, such as the drawer hardware, which came later and had to be installed separately. Overall, however, we were very happy with VKB and would certainly look to them again if we were considering any other work.”

“We've been working with Rudy and Freddy since 2018 when they renovated our Great Room. They laid down the wood floors, installed new light fixtures, stained our beams, built and stained new steps and installed railings, and painted every room in our house! They are professional, timely, and clean up each day! I would highly recommend them, and when we're ready to renovate our kitchen we will be calling FRP Construction!”

“I hired DPCC to demolish and replace a screened porch on my 1930's Dutch Colonial in Southern Maryland based on architectural plans. Doug Pruett's bid was accurate and reasonable. He pulled permits right away and his crew completed the entire project on budget within 2.5 weeks. Doug was extremely responsive to all inquiries I made via phone or email. His crew worked diligently and did an amazing job with the intricate trim. They answered any questions I had as the job was going along and kept the site neat, cleaning it up at the end of each work day. When the job was complete there was an issue with the deck stain not setting properly. Doug followed up with the supplier and was able to obtain free replacement stain and sent a crew out to resand and restain the flooring at no additional cost to me. I could not have had a better experience with this project and highly recommend DPCC!”

“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”
