“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. “We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

“After my basement had flooded I called around to get quotes. After doing my homework I spoke with a gentleman named Sean who was very professional. Not only was the cleanup and repair quick and efficient- It was the best customer service I have had when getting house repairs. I would highly recommend and will return as a customer.”

“The designer at Legacy was awesome. She spent tons of time with me looking at materials and fixtures and gave me just the right of guidance and ideas. The team at my house was very small but very capable, clean and respectful. The bathroom took about 10 weeks and the staff did a great job with all aspects, especially the tile guy...WOW! So happy with my final product...feels and looks like a high-end spa.”

“I would highly recommend this organization for any home remodeling project or complete build! Our home was built in 1896 and in dire need of just about everything. Relief properties took it down to the studs and built a beautiful home for us while leaving in tact some of the gorgeous architectural details that are so important to a home this age. The communication among the many people that it took to get this home completed was excellent. We were instantly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by all involved.”

“We have used Dyson Construction for every project/remodel in our home, large and small. They were able to turn the vision for our basement into a space that our entire family enjoys (2006)! We currently have them working on remodeling our laundry room to better fit our needs, creating a beverage center in our kitchen (complete with custom cabinetry), and they just finished competely replacing our fireplace with a more efficient unit and custom stone work. The team is very courteous and respectful of us and our home. We have recommended them to friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so. They are a local, family-owned business, and capable of providing any customization to fit your needs!”

“My projected started off as I wanted one side of my deck to have a patio laid instead of the river rock. After talking with Jake I added the other side of the deck to have the river rock removed and a walk-way laid. The project from start to finish took longer then I thought but it was mother natures fault for all the rain. Jake always stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. I am looking forward to this summer to get to enjoy my backyard/patio! Highly recommend Jake!”
