“Working with Shannon & Ken Dixon at RenoPros was a very pleasant experience. I used them last year for hurricane damage from Ian. My lanai roof was blown off completely. Ken & Shannon gave me a fair quote, during the time when other repair people were ripping off customers during these trying times. The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.”

“We cannot say enough good things about Jerry Kern and the entire team at Kern Construction. We hired Kern construction in the spring of 2017 for a total renovation of our 1960's vintage vacation property. Not being local, we were nervous undertaking this project but everyone at Kern was absolutely great to work with, highly professional, always easy to contact when we had questions or wanted to make adjustments to the design plan. We were able to meet with all the subcontractors prior to the start of the project and found them all extremely knowledgable and professional. The cost structure of the project was explained in detail and agreed upon in writing prior to start of work. We are quite particular and we found the quality of workmanship and attention to detail at every stage of the project very high. All in all, we highly recommend Kern Construction and would not hesitate to use them for another project.”

“I hired Markley Construction to add a room to my house. They did so efficiently and with a minimum of disruption to our existing living areas. Their work was great. They were very helpful in performing "extra" tasks while they were here. The materials they used were always first quality, no cutting corners on materials or fixtures to save a few dollars on the job. They found new wood floors that matched the existing floors perfectly and paid great attention to the details, such as placement of lights, outlets, cable connections, color, etc. Finally, their price was a fair one for the work that was done and the exceptional manner in which it was done. You will not be disappointed if you use Markley Construction for your next project.”
