“Steve and his wife are a fantastic team! They give you an upfront evaluation of your plan and guide you through the prosess with true professionalism, Steve assesed our needs and was able to navigate through our unique craftsman home. Always giving us updates both good and bad which comes with owning an older home. They are dog lovers and they even took our dog for an overnight stay at their house while some foam insulation work was being done! Cookies at Christmas were also an added touch of their personal friendly approach to custom home renovation!”

“Rodco built a summer home for us in Haliburton. From start to finish the experience was totally professional and friendly. They did exactly as they said they would in all respects. The level of quality in workmanship and materials was outstanding!! If I were to build another home or cottage (or even a renovation) I would most definitely use Rodco. “I had been waiting on my husband to complete the update on my laundry room(3 years). My patience ran out waiting. I spoke with Langa about what I wanted done. He gave me a time line and he did the job within the time. He is a complete professional. The quality of work was excellent. He came up with a few ideas to add to my project and they were amazing. My laundry room is now bright and light. It is now much more functional for my needs. The main bath is next. Langa will be the one to get the project. I would highly recommend him.”

“Dan Misek was hired by Eurtton Distributions to install a kitchen in this over 100 year old cottage on Wallace Island. I was the Design Consultant, hired to design and oversee the project. It was a challenging task to install cabinets on uneven floors, walls that weren't square and a ceiling that was only 84 inches. Dan overcame many obstacles such as briddle subfloors, that had to be rebuild, existing build-ins that were so out of square that the new cabinets would not lign up to it. Dan's exceptional Carpentry skills paired with a lot of patience for detail turned this project into something amazing to look at, prestine workmanship at its finest!”

“Alex as well as his coworkers were extremely polite. He discussed the project wth me at various stages and patiently answered my questions. The soffitt fascia and eaves trough look amazing. “Dowling Contacting did a few home renovation projects at my place of residence during the past three years. The work was done by two or three men and all of them were very proficient. There were no nasty surprises or anything else that could possibly lead to time delays and/or price increases. Everything was done to the highest professional standards and all the work was finished on time and on budget.”
