“Steven Shore recently remodeled our bathroom, tiled another bathroom and put up backslash in our kitchen. He and his crew were efficient and very respectful to us and our home. We only had a general idea of what we wanted to have done but he provided us with suggestions on our shower build out and flooring. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with the redesign. We would definitely rehire them for any future remodels in our home.”

Even though our project grew in scope it was managed professionally and when challenges arose, as they always will, they were met with solutions that left us feeling good with how they were handled. “We decided to hire Stoeppler Construction because the business owner lived in our neighborhood. We felt that alone would mean he would have an interest in completing the job as requested and also to preserve his own neighborhood. We made a great decision! Steve and his crew were extremely professional. One of my biggest complaints about hiring a general contractor on a big job is that communication can get lost or muddled between the GC and the subcontracted crews who do most of the work. Steve and his foremen handled this splendidly. Each a time we encountered a small change or deviation from the original estimate Steve was able to quickly provide updated costs and estimates in writing. We were expecting a baby around the deadline for the completion of our work. On the day our kitchen was to be complete, the baby was born. Steve and his crew worked diligently to get our house back to a livable condition before the new baby arrived home from the hospital. I would highly recommend Steve Stoeppler and his wonderful crew to handle your next home improvement!”

“We have a 50 year old house that had a very small kitchen in the front of the house. We have 2 acres and wanted to see the beautiful back yard. Melissa Sutherland knew exactly what we wanted, to see the view out back. From the beginning to the end we were never disappointed. From the barrel ceiling with the faux finishes on the recess cans to the stove hood that looks like it came straight from France, I'm a very pleased customer! Then where the kitchen was in front, we changed into a den we all hang out in. Along with the kitchen, we enlarged the patio and added a screened-in gazebo so my husband can smoke his cigars and I don't get eaten alive by the mosquito's. We love the look of our updated home. Next room, The Master bedroom!!!”

“I’ve worked with Ibrahim and Ali for both an interior kitchen renovation, as well as a buildout of a detached dwelling unit in our backyard. They did a great job estimating costs, and it was a huge plus that they have the ability to self-perform most of their work so that they are not reliant on subcontractors to finish the job. Ali is an incredibly skilled craftsman who works with efficiency and accuracy.”

“Five-Star Recommendation! Metz Custom Homes came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, he remodeled our entire first and second floor. We expanded our kitchen 10X22’, which left some of the roof covered with tarps. At 7:00 a.m., a severe rain storm hit and at 7:20 a.m., here’s Martin on a ladder making sure we had now leaks! I was hooked! He was willing to meet us with other vendors like cabinet makers, flooring subs, painters, etc to see that each detail supported the overall design plan. We were so pleased with his work, I invited him to GC my office building buildout. Again, can’t say enough about the final products! There’s only one place I’d go for any future projects…truly appreciate Metz Custom Homes! Call them! Andy & Karen Minehart”
