Scott Green gave us a true and accurate detailed estimate and timeframe upfront. He completed this job on time and to both my wife and my satisfaction. He just finished a 16*16 carriage house in the backyard that is a piece of art. He has also put a new roof on our home, his crew was finished by three o’clock in the afternoon on the same day and I still have only found three nails in my yard. They were efficient and cleaned up great. When my toilet downstairs had some structural issues his crew fixed that in no time and now I can do jumping jacks on it If I wanted to. After these numerous jobs we still would recommend him to friends and family because he is honest and gets the job done right. Thanks for making our house a home FHS!”

They're technicians communicated with me during the entire project, whether to tell me they were on the way or getting ready to leave for the day to the progress they made through-out the day I mean these guys really know their stuff. “Brian from Bill Grotheer Inc was our GC. We interviewed five GCs before choosing someone for our project. Sometimes people think a renovation is going to be like something from HGTV. It is not! While projects can be even more beautiful than TV or magazines, the truth is it takes experience, time, energy, creativity, contractor licenses, talent, integrity, a supportive team of employees, plumbers, electricians, painters, floor specialists, demo crew, and workman to make the job wonderful. When we interviewed potential GCs, we found some would low ball the bid to try to get our acceptance. We were very careful, realistic and practical about what a renovation would cost. Brian was forthcoming about every piece of our project. He was open about his costs and itemized every detail for us. Brian gave perceptive suggestions and was available if we had a concern. “I hired this company to complete a home renovation for my husband and I. They were very prompt with getting back to me and coming to meet with me about the project. They listened to our wants and needs and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Christie was very easy to communicate with and in getting things handled. I needed a wide variety of things completed and she was able to provide a proposal encompassing my wants. She was very fair about what was realistic and what I could expect from my budget. I had flooring replaced in the entire downstairs of my house (floating vinyl plank). I had my kitchen appliances replaced as well. I had my kitchen cabinets painted, new backsplash installed and granite countertops in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. I had new sinks and faucets put in both the kitchen and both bathrooms. I had a new vanity installed in my half bath. I had new under cabinet lighting wired as well as new lighting run in the foyer and my pantry as well. I had some sheetrock repairs done and some painting as well. A new front door was installed as well as new locks and hardware. They were able to complete all items I needed done for my renovation which was fantastic. They coordinated the entire process from helping me pick out materials to arranging the people to do the work and the clean up when it was through. They addressed all concerns I had in a timely manner and provided solutions. They were very honest and did what they said they were going to do. The people coming in and out of my home were very professional and efficient. They made sure my husband and I got what we wanted and made the processes enjoyable in the process. His professional attitude concerning the work, his workers, and most of all "me" went far above my expectations and now I feel I have a contractor and friend for life. The work performed included a new roof, new privacy fence and gates,new tiled shower, plus extensive work with the foundation slab to replace hardwood flooring that had popped up.
