“My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. We could not have been happier with his work. I recommend him highly...”

“We asked several companies to bid on our replacement of cedar posts on our patio and gazebo. Paul came to our house to see what the project would entail. He also brought the team leaders to get their input and then provided a quote with an itemized budget. His quote was fair, and he addressed our concerns. Throughout the job he kept us informed of the progress and any potential problems. He was straight forward and honest. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The work was more than satisfactory and was completed on time. We plan to consider his company (Homeco) for future projects. We highly recommend him.”

“We went through four builders before selecting Kevin and Broadshield. My husband and I wanted a Barndominium of our design built on our property. I can honestly say that we made the right choice with Broadshield and we highly recommend Kevin and his team. We have observed the building process closely and know that Broadshield uses quality materials, expert tradesmen and they don’t cut corners. They have been fair, honest, knowledgeable and reliable throughout the project. We are a couple of weeks away from our finished home and very excited to move in and enjoy it. “I recently bought a townhome and hired another contractor to do some painting for me. The reason why I hired a painter was because the ceilings were 27 feet high and I couldn't do the painting myself. The original painter did about $4500 worth of damages the first day (hours) he was in the townhome and he bailed on me. (One of his painter put a ladder on or against the scaffolding and took the entire system down, putting holes in my walls, tearing up my wood floors and throwing paint in multiple rooms) Mr. Collard came in and worked miracles and was so kind in helping me work within my budget. His crew (Mr. Garcia I believe) came in and did a fantastic job of not only painting but also repairing all the damages from the original contractor. He also did flooring and tile work on the staircase for me and everyone comments on how great the job looks. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Collard and all of his workers. They are honest, professional, work is completed on time and Mr. Collard ensures that the customer is fully satisfied before he collect payment. I will use Mr. Collard for all of my remodeling projects.”
