“Spirit Builders converted our old, outdated cabin on the Blue River into a completely updated mountain modern home our family loves. It was a 3 br 1 bath single family home whose entire interior needed a complete remodel, including all new plumbing, a new bath added upstairs, and laundry added downstairs. Jon is detailed, accountable, and creative - an impressive combination. He values quality and has a great network of suppliers in the area. Lastly, he was accurate about budget and timing. Spirit Builders was highly recommended to us and we feel lucky to have worked with them and have already and will continue to recommend them to others.”

“We used Thebeau Construction to perform a major -- 8 month-- remodel of our townhome in Breckenridge, CO. They had performed similar projects in our complex and elsewhere, and came highly recommended by other owners. Working with Wayne Thebeau was a very pleasant experience, notwithstanding the scope of the project which involved demolition of the interior down to the studs, and re-engineering the structure to add a loft, and extend the kitchen and deck, along with completely rebuilding the interior. Suffice it to say, we are very pleased with the results and with the overall process. Wayne Thebeau has great ideas for solving problems, and an attention to detail and perfectionism that applies both to the work performed by him, his subcontractors and suppliers, and to the cost-accounting in his very detailed and fully documented monthly billings. He was always happy to meet with us and show us progress and respond to questions and suggestions during construction. The end result is a home that exceeded our hopes and which was completed on-time and under-budget. He remains available to address minor issues that have arisen since we moved back in. We couldn't have asked for more.”

“Devigne Developing, Inc was an absolutely amazing company to work with! They finished the job on time to exacting standards and were incredibly easy to work with from the planning stage to the post-construction stage. They are professional, experienced and I always felt that they were invested in our satisfaction with the project! I have done several big projects similar to the one we completed with Devigne and NEVER was as pleased or satisfied with my team, as I was with them. They worked well with the architect and the interior designers which meant zero DRAMA, which was a real gift! I would give them 10 stars if I could…and could not recommend them more highly.”
