Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. Over our few years experience we are confident enough that we have just signed a contract for a roof replacement covering two buildings. His estimate was well prepared and competitive. it was simple to understand. They know what they are about and easy to work with.”

“Chad and Mark were great contractors to work with. The process went smoothly from our initial consultation to the end of the project. They kept in constant communication about the progress and ensured we were happy every step of the way. We especially liked that they were able to stay on budget and give us cost saving tips for work we opted to do on our own. Their sub-contractors were also good and everyone cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. I would recommend 1364 Services Inc. and would definitely hire them again.”
