“I was so impressed with the professionalism and the Honesty that the owner, Jerry Brook, has. The job was done to my expectation and looks beautiful! They remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom. While they were remodeling the bathroom they found a broken pipe and fixed it for me at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond! I am so happy with my results! Thank you Black Bear!!!”

“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“CFB was a great company to work with from start to finish! Carl, the owner, met me within a week to take a look at my project and really listened to our wants/needs for the space. We received a prompt proposal that was right in line with our vision. The construction portion to the final walkthrough/execution of punch outs went very smoothly as well. “We can't say enough about Bryant Construction. They are honest, dependable and sincere. We have already referred them to several friends. We had used another company before we knew of this one and they took months to even start the job. Bryant Construction began right away at our convenience. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! “Eric is a very unique contractor. He is the kind of guy you want to have dinner with after the job is complete. He is very budget conscious, pays attention to time frame and all the many details that go into a remodel. His crew is very tidy and very respectful of your space. They understand having contractors and subs in your house is very invasive. They do all they can to clean up and finish the job on time. Very nice company!”

“The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.”
