“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “I worked with Darrell Butler of 21st Century to have a new foundation done in my back yard and under my bathroom. Darrell was very helpful in determining what exactly needed to be done, arrived at every one of our meeting times punctually and was very patient in waiting until I was financially ready to do the work because I was dealing with recovering from breast cancer but needed the work done urgently. He was very sympathetic to my situation and supportive which really made me feel I could trust him with my project. When it was time to do the work he brought in a cement contractor that did the work in two days, was very efficient, took all the old cement and more with them and left behind a very beautiful new outdoor concrete patio and also lifted my bathroom to add the new foundation underneath. They added a new drain to keep the water from the slope from eroding the soil under the bathroom which was making the bathroom sink. I am very pleased with the work and with 21st Century's commitment to making it happen for me and doing a great job. I feel that what they charged me for this project was fair and was happy to pay it knowing that the work had been very well.”

“I am a first time home owner that bought an older home, and the kitchen needed to seriously be remodel. Prosper and team did an excellent job on my kitchen. The quote I was given was 18k which was fair for the work that needed to be done (updated appliances, kitchen island, marble counter top, fresh painted walls, new cabinets, bamboo flooring). I appreciate Prosper for providing advice and insight into our project, making recommendations that were very helpful. It is also greatly appreciated that the team worked evenings and weekends to get the job done. “I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. The project turned out exactly as I imagined and I am enjoying my new bathroom every day. I am planning to remodel my second bath next year and I will definitely call David again. Highly recommended!!”

“We hired Clever Design and Remodeling to remodel our kitchen in our condo. We had met with two other contracting companies and we were given a similar quote as Clever but to be honest, meeting with Gilli gave me a totally different level of confidence than meeting with the others. We replaced most of the carpeting in our home with European Oak wood flooring which is beautiful. We also had the kitchen cabinets refinished and a new stainless steel over the range microwave installed as well as coordinating new sink fixtures and all new cabinet hardware. Recessed lighting was installed in the living room, kitchen, and master bath with necessary patching and all ceilings painted. Roy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project -plumbing, electrical, carpentry- displaying true craftsmanship in his work. Gilli was great to work with, she is very detail oriented and he and his team always left our house and the common areas in the condo building extremely clean (cleaner than it was originally, honestly). The Clever Design and Remodeling team really went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and happy with the work. Strongly recommended!!!!”

“I have hired Argos Construction twice, once for a kitchen remodel in our previous apartment, and once for a full remodel in our current house. The fact that I am a repeat customer is best proof that I am happy with Argos Construction and the owner Viktor. Bottom line is that they do quality work at a reasonable price. Viktor is very knowledgable of all aspects of construction and his team is courteous and efficient. My favorite aspect of working with Argos is that Viktor is extremely responsive. He almost always picks up the phone when called. In the rare cases he doesn't he gets back to messages within minutes. To me, this is key when working with a contractor and having your home remodeled. I can only recommend Argos construction, and I will surely be working with them in the future.”
