“Howard Homes built our home in the summer/fall of 2011. From the first time we met with Dylan and his team, we knew they were the right choice. We wanted someone who would focus on quality and detail and that is exactly what they delivered. Other builders claimed to be "custom" but added that the only limitation was our pocketbook. With Howard Homes, Dylan made it clear from the beginning that "custom" just means you know what you want - and it shouldn't cost more. We sat down and talked about what we really wanted the features of our new home to be - and then they put together some custom options that we tweaked along the way. This was a much better process than picking from a handful of existing floorplans and having to pay for modifications. Once the build started, we were at the site almost every day and the general contractor, Mark, and each and every subcontractor were extremely friendly and informative. As they worked, you could see their attention to detail come through - on occasion I would even see one of them start something over because it wasn't quite right. You could tell they were each craftsmen and took pride in their work. From the custom gable brackets, to the cherry porch ceiling, to the hand-tooled floors they did a fantastic job on some of the key custom elements we wanted. And you've never seen a cleaner worksite on a new build. Amy was great at helping get all our selections made and keeping our change orders in line, and everyone was great at communcating with us at every step. We absolutely love our new home. If we ever have to build or remodel again for any reason, Howard Homes will be the only choice for us.

“We were referred to Andy and Sarah by another contractor hired to install granite countertops. We were looking for someone to install a backsplash and our contractor suggested we reach out to ASA for a quote.
Andy and Sarah quickly responded to our request, providing a very competitive quote while also helping us with design ideas. We were so impressed with their initial engagement we asked them if they would be interested in some additional work, finishing the interior of our garage. We quickly received a competitive quote and we made the decision to have them complete the additional project.
We could not be more pleased with the outcomes with both the backsplash and the work completed in the garage. Andy and Sarah are true professionals. The first 2 I didn't get a good feeling about, when Greg stepped into our house I knew he was the person I wanted to have do our bathroom. He was so down to earth, honest, professional all around great person!! We were having a wedding in June of that same year. I liked the fact Greg had so many ideas on what we could do things I never would have thought of. They started the job in May and had the job done in time for the wedding. My husband and I were both working at the time and I felt VERY, VERY safe having them here working during the day while we were at work. Building Renewal have done several jobs for us we have also referred him to other people who have been happy as well with the work they do!!
