“The project was the complete renovation of a 30 year old side-split bungalow, including removal of walls to create a modern open look in the kitchen and living areas, the addition of an attic beam to compensate for the wall removals, addition of modern hardwood flooring throughout, and ceramic tiling in entranceway, mudroom, and bathrooms, and complete renovation and update of the bathrooms. Igor's work ethic, knowledge, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets were exemplary! His willingness and ability to deliver beyond the original scope of the project without significantly impacting deadlines and budgets was appreciated! I highly recommend this professional!”

“I had been waiting on my husband to complete the update on my laundry room(3 years). My patience ran out waiting. I spoke with Langa about what I wanted done. He gave me a time line and he did the job within the time. He is a complete professional. The quality of work was excellent. He came up with a few ideas to add to my project and they were amazing. My laundry room is now bright and light. It is now much more functional for my needs. The main bath is next. Langa will be the one to get the project. I would highly recommend him.”

“Glengarry Construction & Design did major renovation in our house. We had the basement finished with a new bathroom and living room as the first project. The second project was a total make over of the main bathroom. We could not have asked for better contactors and workers. They designed both projects taking in consideration our wishes, ideas and budget. The work was excellent and it was done rapidly and efficiently. They were very well organized. At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. They were very professional, respectful and polite while working. Their workmanship skills were remarkable. We are totally satisfied with the work done in our house. “Rob and the team at Holland Homes were the ideal choice for our kitchen renovation. Rob is meticulous, and he prepared a cost estimate for the kitchen tear down, fireplace removal, electrical, drywall, ceiling refinish, plumbing, gas line installation, floor rehabilitation and refinishing, and backsplash installation. We received an itemized quote, and we were well within our target budget. Rob also brought all his professionals to our house prior to the work, so that they could see what needed to be done, and so that they could add their own comments about any issues. The level of preparation for the job put us at ease from the first day. As we worked through the renovation, Rob visited the site regularly to inspect the work, and to keep us apprised of the next tasks. All the gentlemen (and lady) who came to the house to work were excellent! Very respectful of the fact that we work from home, they kept noise and mess to a reasonable level, and were thorough in their clean-up prior to leaving. Rob provided recommendations on suppliers, and personally intervened when we ran into a couple of delivery issues. At the end of the project, Rob came back to review his team's effort. Again, he became involved in the completion of the "last mile", those little items in any large project that seem to defy completion! We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our project, and we would recommend Holland Homes and Renovations to anyone looking for a quality result.”
