“I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.”

“Bob and his crew remodeled our master bath to include a walk-in shower which was our highest priority. They made everything to.our satisfaction even though it took a couple of tries to get our mosaic stone right. He kept us apprised of each phase and was"hands on" for much of the work. We can highly recommend this company for any similar project.”

“Mike was an excellent contractor when we added on to our home - we added over 50% more square footage. He gave us excellent suggestions, was the neatest and tidiest contractor I had ever seen. He warned us of some of the difficulties that came with remodeling/adding on. Tremendous professional!”

My home is now complete with new windows, roof parapets sealed, outdoor stucco patched/painted and interior paint as well. In all the work Rich has done an outstanding job, he is very knowledgeable and experienced in many home projects. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. Then their team came to our house and did all the right things – they covered our floors, kept the work space clean and finished on time. Best service in the market.”

“MY WIFE AND I HIRED MILESTONE HOMES TO DO A COMPLETE REMODEL OF A HOME WE PURCHASED IN A SHORT SALE. ERIC , HIS STAFF AND SUB CONTRACTORS DID A HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL JOB. OUR PROJECT WAS EXTENDED BY ALMOST A THIRD IN BOTH TIME AND MONEY DUE TO THE DISCOVERY OF 'HIDDEN' WATER DRAINAGE/DAMAGE ISSUES. DURING THE ENTIRE PROJECT ERIC COMMUNICATED WITH US ON A WEEKLY, IF NOT, DAILY BASIS AND HELPED US EXPLORE OPTIONS TO FIT OUR BUDGET.
