“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again. Thank you all - my family and I will never forget the superb job you did on our home; we appreciate it every day.”

Dan Gomillion has become a critical member of my team as he maintains nothing but the highest of standards. He is punctual, makes himself available no matter what time of the day it is, schedules a job seamlessly and keeps a neat and clean site. His communication skills with clients is excellent and no matter what the question or concern, he will always take the extra time to ensure that everyone is working efficiently like a perfectly tuned machine. He is prideful and wants to make sure that the final result exceeds all expectations set forth by the client. “We received proposals from three contractors that were recommended by the architect. All were very good. We decided to hire LHI after negotiations and interacting with several of his subcontractors. We also met with his cabinet maker and the site foreman. The entire package was the best. We were not disappointed. The time line was extremely on tract for the 12 week project. We were informed of what to expect for every day and never had a day without some work being done and some progress made. We made some modifications to the deck and that turned out better than expected. We added another deck modification which was completed during this project by the same crew. The level of workmanship was outstanding by all involved. They isolated the work area with plastic and covered the floors in all areas they frequented, including the finished basement where much of the plumbing, electrical and construction occurred. They kept the garage storage area organized and clean. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every day minimizing the disfunction of having a kitchen out of operation. The worked very well with my dogs, two energetic Irish Setters. The entire project was well organized from start to finish. We have been very satisfied with the whole project. They have been most receptive to followup as needed.”

“The best! We are thrilled with our kitchen and master bath renovation. Deborah, Geoff, Claudio and Cliff , and all the crew, were with us all the way. From estimates, planning, design, demo, construction and finishing! Answered my endless (really endless) questions with a smile and sage advice. Special shout out to Winston! Though our project was not a complete home renovation, I would recommend Celtic for any job. From a new bathroom to an entire home renovation.”
