“US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”

“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“We had Francisco and his team come out to do , siding, soffit, and gutters. Francisco was so helpful in my vision. I showed him a few pictures of the look I wanted for an addition we had just finished, and he made a few suggestions in regards to symmetry. He nailed exactly what I wanted!! His team works fast, and their craftmanship is beautiful! Francisco is easy to work with, responsive, priced fairly, and I can't say enough about the craftmanship!”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. “A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”

“Joe did a major contracting job for us, renovating a 1900 house.. Throughout, his team was excellent, did quality work, and took pride in their work. The finished project is fantastic.
