I ended up getting all new hardwoods, whole new master bath, electrical work throughout the house, wood burning fire starter, gas grill line, tankless hot water heeter, custom master closet, barn door installed and painting. I'm going to have him do work in the kitchen next. These guys are fantastic. Not just the pricing I received, but the quality of work and their professionalism is second to none. Let me put it this way... Marc was here working on the custom closet and the plumber was here installing the tankless water heater around 5pm. My father called to tell me his water heater had a bad leak and was flooding his kitchen. Marc grabbed his plumber and ran over there. Even though it was late in the day, they fixed my father's problem! They were thery until 10pm making sure everything was working and cleaned up. I plan on posting pictures of their work soon, but these guys are great and would recommend them to anyone!!”

“This company was a refreshing surprise for my residential paving projects. My entrance and then my driveway were such an issue. Sinking and bad grading caused the front of my home to look messy and unkept no matter how beautiful I kept my yard or how beautiful my home exterior. It always looked off. Now with home values being so difficult to maintain, I knew it was time to do something. But, I did not want to be plain and do the same old thing. I wanted to add a design look and custom feel to my home. I researched and realized that repaving can be a creative and less expensive way to add lasting value to my home. So, I interview several companies. But the SMI group just had a common sense and direct approach that did not come off as a "high cost" design pitch. They have been in business a really long time (can't remember but over +25 years) and they do it all, i.e., commercial, construction. The residential side of SMI is as important as the Commercial and they scheduled and priced my job, to my astonishment, below the two other local companies who were only residential. No fluff and puff, just simple and elegant. They listened to what I wanted and have made me the envy of my neighborhood. (Wont give address cause I'm careful that way) They did the designed walk to my door and the driveway. Both done in days! I wish they had given me one of their signs to put in the yard! I could have gotten them lots of business! Hey, bring one by SMI guys and I'll give ya all a Tall Arizona Tea! (p.s., it's not right to give out prices... but I know you will be nicely surprized.)”
