“We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Andrei and his team, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The project involved a complete overhaul of our outdated space, including new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and appliances. Throughout the process, Andrei and his team were attentive to our needs and provided helpful suggestions to ensure we were making the best decisions for our space. What really impressed us was the level of detail and craftsmanship that went into every aspect of the project. The cabinets were beautifully crafted and installed flawlessly, the countertops were precisely cut and finished, and the flooring was installed with care and attention to detail. Every step of the way, Andrei and his team were focused on delivering the highest quality workmanship possible. In addition to their exceptional skills as craftsmen, we also appreciated their professionalism and communication. Master bathroom and custom kitchen came out stunning. They took care of everything, including design, each stage of the project was carefully managed. “My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“they did a great job on our room addition. The quality of work was excellent, the workers are punctual, hard-working, respectful, and efficient. Our new room is beautiful! I did wish that the project manager updated us more often, but the company is very responsive when this concern was raised. The custom-built bookshelves are beautfiul, and the stone work on our atrium makes it look like a piece of art. Tom was very enthusiastic, with a lot of good ideas. Roberto and Belin were great foremen. Victor was a pleasure to work with!”
