“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. “My family has had SBV due several projects over the years at our home in Akron . Complete Kitchen remodel, rooms gutted out and redone, & this past year custom built wood fence. Very trustworthy, excellent craftsmanship, & very nice guys. They are very meticulous and make sure we are happy with the project before final payment is due. “We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“Cloonan Design Services provided a turnkey job to add a new 2 car garage with an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area, and completely new landscaping in our back yard area. They provided the design and blueprints for the completed construction. They took the blueprints to our area zoning board for approval. All the contractors chosen for this improvement were highly skilled and diligent in their workmanship. Cloonan Design Services provided a detailed estimate that was fair and just and with the high quality materials.The job was completed on time and on budget.
