“We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. “I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“We hired Modern Made to do a complete remodel after we purchased a hideous 80's style home. Effraim worked with us to design a totally different look for the exterior, a much more sensible interior layout and we added around 1200 square feet to the back of the house. We had done minor renovations of our previous house and that was a stressful experience. This renovation was the opposite. We had transparent and clear communication the whole time, Effraim made many helpful suggestions for details we had never even considered, and the project was completed within the originally agreed timeframe. We did go over budget a bit, but that was because we requested several upgrades during the construction, so that is to be expected. We gladly recommend Modern Made.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of using Pro Bros for my condo remodel! I never had much work done in my home before so I was extremely nervous about where to start and about finding a contractor I could trust that wouldn’t try to take me for a ride because I’m a female. After a few other quotes, I finally found Mike and Joe on instagram (@probrosllc) who came over to do a free estimate. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional, they walked me through everything - step by step - and kept me calm throughout the whole process. I finally felt like I was being treated like a human and not just some customer - especially cause they were always quick to respond to all of my countless calls and texts (lol sorry guys!). They redid both of my bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms - floors to ceiling - in such a quick amount of time! It was beautiful! I was able to sell my condo well over asking price in 2 months time - although it was really sad parting ways with it then!! THANK YOU MIKE AND JOE!!! “It was a complicated and intricate task gaining every inch of space we could to expand our master bedroom & bathroom. Pro Construction Builders tore the master bath down to the studs and helped reorganize the layout. Hats off to his crew especially. Every new crazy idea I came up with David would consider, and often had a better idea. Knowing we were having a new vanity installed with inches to spare between the tub area, he rearranged his schedule to do the demo in 1/2 day the following week. Any time I made a request for extra items or revisions they were happy to accommodate and make sure that everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Also a giant shout out to Pro Construction Builders for walking us through the process and helping with everything from the design of the bedroom, to finding the right fixtures and finishes that would look great together to making sure the crew knew exactly what to do.”

“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job. All of Juliano's workers were respectful and it was pleasure getting to know each of them on a personal level. Not only was the job completed with care and excellence but Juliano's pricing was fair and competitive and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and/or construction.”
