Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “Our company has worked with QPS for several years. We have done business with more than 140 other general contractors and other construction companies, both locally and throughout the state of California. Without question, we find QPS to be one of the top three general contractors that we have ever worked with. They are attentive, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They always do what they say they’re going to do but even more than that they under promise and over deliver every single time on every single project. Their prices are more than fair and they never overcharge….. it’s run like a family business is supposed to be operated. There are never excuses. QPS has a significant staff of qualified professionals. They never take on more work than they can handle or work that they are not qualified for. To be honest, we are always looking for projects to do so that we can partner our clients with them. “I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.”
Golden Heights Remodeling

“Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”

“Had 2 bathrooms gutted and redone. The finished product looks great. John and NB were great communicators, was always available by text. The subs were talented, great plumber and tiler. Took longer, but some of that was me with change orders. Made sure through the entire project we always had in inside toilet. Bid came in at the middle, still not cheap but the end result was worth it.”

“We contracted with Contractor 2.0 to have a small part of our drywall repaired on our ceiling-- they were quick, responsive and did a good job on the repair within 2 days. It was also at an affordable price. Small areas for opportunities for growth would be direct communication with the repair person so that it's easier to communicate about any potential delays. Thanks for the good work!”
