“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “I've had the pleasure to work with M & D Home Improvement for the past 6 years on various high-end luxury design project. I absolutely adore this team. Marius and his crew are amazing at what they do but what I love best is how much of a problem solver Marius is. In my 10+ years of Interior Design things always come up once you get into the construction and Marius is always ready with ABC of options to solve any situation. Marius and team are real big team players and have their customer's and designer's best interest at hand. Marius is patent and understanding. A real treat to work with!”

“I have several reasons for highly recommending Smith & Son Inc. Our project was the installation of a composite deck over a worn out cement patio. Out of the three quotes we received, Lance Smith not only provided us with a detailed quote very quickly, he was the only individual we met with who followed up with us by telephone to discuss his quote. This discussion led to further clarity regarding our project and savings on the overall cost, putting us within our budget. Lance recommended a particular decking material which we are extremely pleased with. Knowing we were eager to start, Lance found a way to begin our project much sooner than expected. His three man crew was led by a seasoned and experienced foreman who not only guided his team, but also checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Noe took great pride in his work and was very eager to please. They kept the work area tidy and safely stowed their equipment at the end of their workday. We are very happy with the finished project which exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use Smith & Son again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.”

“NewKey has been by far the best GC in the Bay area I have ever worked with. From the start of planning, to the coordination with their subs and team members for installs, they have been very detail oriented. As challenges arise which they always do, they actually pick up the phone when you call and work on resolutions within hours not days or weeks! I am thrilled with the progress and would recommend them to anyone. Now that I have a great remodeled kitchen - I look forward to them doing my master bath!”

“I have an older house with limited capability for remodeling due to existing supper beams , etc. Dustin Reed met with me and explained the limitations based on the structure and was able to come up with a design that greatly enhanced our outdated kitchen and it is absolutely beautiful! He was realistic and helped us create a more open space with beautiful cabinets and appliances which brought our 30 year old kitchen current. He was on time, within budget and the results are beautiful! I highly recommend this Contactor!”

“Manny and his crew are on time, honorable, efficient and extremely neat. The Keystone builders installed our new kitchen, doors, windows and even rain gutters plus repaired tiled flooring with minimal disruption and lots of care. The work was so meticulous I was able to delay the interior painting for another year and instead their awesome team painted the exterior of the house in half the time we planned. I look forward to working with them again!”
