“My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding!! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well!! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)”

“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“Stillwater builders were a dream to work with. They completely remodeled our mudroom adding a full bath. They had to work in a space that was very limited because we have a 1836 Colonial farmhouse and the mudroom was an addition at some point in the 1930's. They did an amazing job with each step of the process. We actually were living remotely from the project and they were able to work around that as well. We are so pleased with their work and have them adding new walls and ceiling accents in the kitchen and another bathroom now. Cannot recommend them too highly.”

“These people were a pleasure to work with. The workers were experienced carpenters that new the best practices as well as being pleasant people. When they found an unexpected challenge from some prior water damage partway through the project, they effectively resolved it. The project of replacing the front and back doors was delivered on the agreed schedule and price.”

“I hired ResCom to do a my kitchen renovation (tore out kitchen and wall to expand kitchen area) and attached half bath. Kevin and his team did a great job and stayed within budget. We liked the quality of work, cost reasonableness, and Kevin’s honesty, so we had him come back a month later to renovate our guest bathroom.”
