“Michael was extremely exceptional with his service from beginning to end. I wasn’t really even sure what I was going for with my bathroom remodel and he was amazing with guiding me on ideas with what’s modern, traditional or a mix of both. Execution was on point and I could not be happier. I get so many compliments on the design and quality of work. Definitely recommend him, and he will be who I call to do my kitchen remodel, as well.”

“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“Cut masters did an amazing job adding custom details to our otherwise boring old house! They put built in's on either side of our fireplace and trimmed around out flat screen TV. In addition to that they put beautiful crown molding, chair rail and wainscoting on the main floor. It has absolutely transformed our house into a home. Lastly, they put a classic Carrara marble backsplash in the kitchen, a custom mirror surround in the powder room and opened up the wall from the kitchen to the family room! AMAZING!!!”

We were reminded how stressful it is to have your house somewhat turned upside down with all the activity. But when you like the people doing the work and thrilled with the result, it is more than worth the experience. Special shout-out to Frank DeLoncker for his wonderful help with it all...!”

“I have used Hogan Design and Construction for two different projects in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results of both projects. The first project was to install a sliding glass door in an area where there was just a door and window. It was a large project that required cutting in to the wall of my house. The second project was having them completely demolish and re-do both bathrooms in my house. This was a very large project. The level of professionalism shown on both projects was outstanding. I always knew when workers were scheduled to be working in my house, I always knew what specific work was scheduled, and I always knew whether the project was on schedule or not. I've worked with other contractors and one of the biggest complaints I had with them was that there communication was spotty at best and non-existent at worst. With Hogan Design, I was never in the dark. They were up front and honest with me and most importantly, when they said they were going to do something, they did it. I've found this to be a rare quality amongst contractors. I couldn't be happier with the work completed by Hogan Design and Construction and I will definitely be using them again for any future projects that I have. When you find a good contractor, you hold on to them.”

“I had hired J&M Construction last year to do some remodeling on my home. My home was built in 1976 and it needed updating, no wall was square, floors were not level. I asked Jerry for some ideas and guidance for remodeling, I not only had him to assist me but his wife was able to put in some ideas. Karen (Jerry’s wife)was another great asset and had some great ideas. The work that Jerry did I cannot say enough positive about. He is meticulous about his work, he does not take short cuts. Jerry completely remodeled my first floor, kitchen, two living rooms, bathroom and hall. We are talking about removing drywall to the studs, closing an opening adding another pass-through in the kitchen. During all of this, I asked for an entire new stairway to the second floor. I wanted an oak staircase with spindles. My entire first floor looks great. I have been so impressed with the work that Jerry did I am going to have him do siding and gutters for me next. I have a ongoing list for him that he does not know about yet.”

“We hired MegaPros to complete our guest bathroom. The challenging part was to extend it to allow for a large vanity, we had some dinky little vanity that could maybe house a hair dryer. The extended the bathroom about three feet moved our master bedroom wall, added a closet at the end of our hall way with beautiful french doors. This project could have been a nightmare. There design team had common sense, when it came to layout and practicality. It took them 3 weeks start to finish and they kept to there schedule and original contract price. All the MegaPros were great once we save enough money we will definitely welcome them back into our home.”

“We used Molitor Design and Build for our home remodel/addition. It took us three years to decide on a contractor, but as soon as we met Jon we know we had found our contractor. Jon was very professional and knowledgable. His work is amazing, from start to finish we were very happy with the project. We were given an estimate that matched our budget and was very accurate. There were no surprise hidden costs. Jon kept us up to date on the project, and answered all of our questions. Jon was very open and honest and made suggestions for our project. Some of these suggestions are what we ended up liking best about our renovation. We had a very large project and Molitor Design always cleaned up at the end of the day to ensure that it was safe and clean for our family who lived in the house throughout the renovation. I cannot say enough about the quality of Molitor Design's +Builds work. Jon is very meticulous about his work, he truly seems to take pride in doing a job right. Every time we are outside our home people are stopping by and commenting on how beautiful our home turned out. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and attention to detail. We do not have a single regret about hiring Molitor Design +Build.”
