“George Trojan is a gifted and talented professional. He excels in both general contracting of large building jobs as well as being a detailed perfectionist in finish carpentry projects. His work ethic and good humor along with his desire to please the customer make him a delight to work with. Working as the project manager in the rebuilding of my home after a fire, I found him easily accessible and available and immediately responsive to my questions, requests, and suggestions. The advice he provided on design was superb and his ability to grasp and handle a large number of challenges and problems made the job go quickly and smoothly. His practice of working through and completing one job before taking on another made me, as the customer, feel like I was his first and only priority. I would say that his character and integrity make him a contractor you can depend on and put your trust in. I recommend him without reservation.”

“Bruce and team are great, both talent wise, as well as remaining in communication throughout the project. I have hired his team 3 times for 3 separate projects and would definitely call him for any general contract needs in the future! He has: Replaced the roofing on my house, along with replacing rotted siding and window frames on my house.”

“We hired JP Builders LLC to do extensive structural repairs, stonework, windows & cedar shakes to our camp in 2009 and again to our guesthouse in 2012. Jim and his crew did an excellent job. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They kept us informed every step of the way, kept the worksite cleaned up every day, worked to keep costs down and finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccable! Again, the work is impeccable!! Jim has a gift of vision and artistry and he was able to marry the old structure and new together beautifully. We are constantly complimented on our property and we have Jim Parandes to thank for it. “I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“Jay Martinoli and his crew re built 3/4 of my home 3 years ago. They showed up every day and didn't leave me waiting .His crew was respectful and fun to work with. He helped us plan an new layout for our home. He turned a house that was from the 1970"s and falling apart into a beautiful modern home. We had a 3 season porch that was totally falling apart he tore it down and built us a family room with cathedral ceiling and made it the same level as the rest of the house so it became part of our first floor greatly increasing our living space . He gutted out our old outdated small kitchen and gave us a beautiful huge kitchen any chef would love to work in now both me and my husband can cook at the same time. He tore the wall down between my dining room and the kitchen and made a open floor plan. He took advantage of every bit of space we had to open the home up and give us more living space. He also gave us 2 new bathrooms and the tile work is beautiful. While one crew was working on the inside he had another crew siding the house and putting a new roof and installing new windows. We are extremely happy with our new home . And the cost was reasonable I used to go to my friends houses and wish my home was like theirs NOW my home is even better than theirs. Thank You Jay”

“Ron is a true professional. He built a heated, all season room from a screened in porch. He handled all the details, kept me informed and delivered an excellent high quality product, under budget. I highly recommend him for his integrity and workmanship. I will call him for any project I have, big or small. He''s also a really good guy and we miss having him around. He does a lot of work in our neighborhood and all feel the same way about him and his work.”

“Gerald does an excellent job, very hard working, creative with ways to fix problems easily and less expensively, and overall does an excellent job. He's quite professional and returns call promptly, plus does the work he promises in the specified timeframe. He has done multiple projects for us over several years, including painting the house, redoing decayed wood on porch, mending a fence, and once came urgently on a Saturday for a ruined ceiling (water damage). His work is clean and nicely done.”
