The first was Oct 2021: I was in a horrible place after my new construction business flooded and drywall, plumbing, flooring and cabinetry had to be removed due to city sewer backup. After working with my landlords, insurance, and the building HOA, I was still on the hook for a significant amount for repairs. Our railing had come off and we were told we would have to replace the entire glass door for a substandard quality and a significant cost and that the railing could not be fixed. Ilan's team came and fixed the railing within a few hours. The also made repairs throughout my home, including but not limited to: concrete stairs sealing, painting, re-sealing the shower and replacing fixtures. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He is reliable, transparent, and easy to get a hold of. I have had horrible experiences working with contractors, so his team is like a breath of fresh air. They will do the work until it is complete and done to your satisfaction.”

“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“We recently moved into a condo loft with great potential, but that needed a major facelift. Our biggest dilemma was the master bathroom on the upper floor, as we knew it would be a challenging space to redesign. The bathroom in its original state featured a gigantic step-in jacuzzi tub, skylights with pull-down shades, a sloping ceiling, and an odd heating duct jutting out of the tub's base (not to mention the dreadful late-80's tile, vanity and fixtures). We hired Delta Star Group Inc. to take on the project for a number of reasons: - They came highly recommended from a number of our friends in the Chicago area. - Even during our very first meeting, they came prepared with a portfolio of their work, and took detailed measurements of every single nook & cranny. - Their pricing was extremely fair and the quote was neatly organized, with each line item having it's own explanation and corresponding charge. - The Delta Star representative went with us to pick out every detail of the bathroom from the tile to the fixtures (now who really does that these days?) and called us every other day to walk us through every step of the process, which impressed us greatly. The entire bathroom renovation took only about 4 weeks. During this time, we were particularly impressed with the level of attention to detail Delta Star put into every aspect of the bathroom. We had originally wanted an invisible drain installed, but crossed it off our list due to the additional $800 it would have added to our budget. Delta Star built us a custom made one FREE OF CHARGE, and it looked amazing. Wow. All in all, you will not get better workmanship and customer service for your money in all of Chicagoland when it comes to any kind of home renovation project. I cannot recommend Delta Star Group highly enough, as there was never one single moment I felt I was being taken advantage of or led astray. If you are new home buyers and have never done the renovation thing (like we hadn't) call them up TODAY and book them for your next project. You will want to make sure you reserve them far in advance, as they sometimes have a client waiting list of up to 1 year (that's how good they are!).”
