“It was great working with Zack Ilinetsky and his team. They were professional, communicative, and respectful. They kept the project going and were amazingly on time (5 weeks) to finish the project. There were so many moving parts that Zack kept track of and was on top of, so no delays. All of the inspections were passed with flying colors. He kept the costs down as much as possible, always checking in on how to do things without unnecessarily increasing costs, though he certainly didn't cut corners. He was very thorough and made sure we all were happy with the results. We were very impressed with his work and look forward to using Green Bay Remodeling again for future work on our home.”

“Dave Rasmussen and all of the people that work with him are among the most highly skilled, resourceful, honest and considerate people that we have ever had work on our home. Deadlines and budgets were respected and for the most part were adhered to, unless we changed the scope of work. On many aspects of the construction we were presented with various options so that the completed project (a kitchen, pantry, bar, family room and finished lower level) was very tailored to our needs. The whole crew was respectful to our neighbors who never complained during the year-long project. Dave worked seamlessly with architect David Gast, whom I would also highly recommend, so that the entire project proceeded smoothly without time delays or problems of communication.”

The current job is a 160 year old heritage site here in Napa. Vince is a licensed registered contractor in the state of California. “We contracted with Contractor 2.0 to have a small part of our drywall repaired on our ceiling-- they were quick, responsive and did a good job on the repair within 2 days. It was also at an affordable price. Small areas for opportunities for growth would be direct communication with the repair person so that it's easier to communicate about any potential delays. Thanks for the good work!”

“I am an interior designer in the San Francisco Bay Area and it has been my distinct pleasure to work with Frank Puliafico on many projects since 1992. His work, and that of his excellent crews, is of the highest quality and the experience of working with Frank is always a delight. Designers always worry about their projects but I never worry about a project if Frank is the builder. He is, at all times, organized, proactive, honest, dependable, trustworthy and smart. He has carefully trained his crews and they are some of the best craftsmen (and people) I've had the pleasure to work with in my career. Frank has the breadth of knowledge and experience to assess a job, trouble-shoot any potential issues in advance, fairly price and prepare spreadsheets on both costs and schedule, and manage all aspects of the project effortlessly (or at least it seems that way!). “I can't say enough GOOD things about Glenn Filshie. He is GREAT contractor and a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Additionally, when those unexpected changes or problems arise, and they always do, he is the first to offer helpful suggestions and solutions. The best part is he is VERY competitive in his pricing and has a great sense of humor. Construction is a difficult and complex business, however, Glenn makes it seem easy.”
