“I used Clear Cut Design for a wet bar in our dining room and built in cabinets in our powder room. They both came out beautiful. His work is amazing quality and excellent craftsmanship. I appreciate his attention to detail and helpful feedback when I had questions while designing the built ins. He was extremely professional and personable throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely hire him again for my own home or my interior design clients.”

“My husband and I bought a house about 20 years old. The bones were solid but it needed a lot of updating. We needed a company that understood our goal, listened to our needs, respected our budget and finished the work on time. They did it all! The project included: -Wainscoting throughout dining room & foyer - Came out STUNNING! -Reworking the fireplace mantle to fit our Plasma - Great carpentry work and installation of new stone around the fireplace -Sanded the floors and used a water based finish - Beautiful -Added a wall and door to an open den that is now my husband's very private office - He's in heaven -Replaced all the hardware and lighting fixtures - This made a huge difference -Wired the house for sound and installed Sonos Music System -New carpeting in all bedrooms and stairs -Painted all the interior walls All these small projects transformed our home. Our house no longer looks 20 years old. We could have easily had another contractor in our house recommending a lot more work to accomplish what we needed and wanted. The Remodeling Company helped us make great decisions. Plus, working with them was a sincere pleasure! The guys were always on time, courteous, and always cleaned up when they were done for the day. The Remodeling Company exceed our expectations, for sure! They made certain our project was hassle free and seamless. I can not say that for other contractors we have hired. Our project was completed as promised..ON TIME and ON BUDGET and WE LOVE IT!”

“I have worked with Covenant Construction on several projects around the North Shore during the last 2 decades. I have always found Matt and Marlin, and the whole crew for that matter a pleasure to work with. Their work is top notch and inspiring. In my profession as a landscape designer/contractor there are always challenges to custom work. I have found Covenant to be very creative problem solvers who always put forth excellent, beautiful craftsmanship. They are honest, bright and have a level of care devoted to their clients that is uncommon. They are genuinely nice people. If you are a homeowner who is interested in a remodel or a brand new home I would highly recommend Covenant Construction.”

“We just happened to come across the PMP crew working while walking in our neighborhood - their excellent work on that particular project is what prompted me to give them a call for our project (brick stairway replacement). Leo was very informative in answering our questions in our initial email exchanges, and he also made the effort on a Saturday - to suit our schedule - to come over to outline the project plan, provide a quote, and offer other options and alternatives. The team was able to schedule our stairway replacement during their busy Spring schedule - one that included other projects of a bigger scale. However, thoroughness and attention-to-detail was not overlooked, and not once did we feel that our project was a "lower priority". PMP reached out to schedule the start date, they showed up on time as promised, and completed the project in 2 days. No rushing, no cutting corners. The final result was better than imagined. Amazing craftsmanship and detail in all aspects of the brickwork, pointing, and design. The new stairs certainly enhance the "curb-appeal" at the front of the house, and the crew even went above-and-beyond by performing some needed touch-up work at the bottom of our front door. Clean-up was spectacular - like they were never there. The PMP crew have certainly earned their great reputation. Leo personally stopped over - not a phone call or text - to ensure the project was completed to a high standard and to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction. We would highly recommend PMP Construction!”

“We hired Koita, Inc to build our home in Reading, MA. Our project was bit complicated as we were dealing with many site constraints, an existing footprint (of the old home) and a tight budget. After completing multiple design exercises we worked closely with Husain (the owner and GC from Koita, Inc) and, our architect to finalize the plans and elevations and manage the overall cost and schedule of completion. Husain, coordinated with us all along to the way to ensure small and large details were upto our expectations. We are delighted with the final outcome which looks amazing and we love our house! I would highly recommend working with Koita, Inc if you are looking for great value and service with integrity.”
