“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“J & R Construction just finished a second project for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They were prompt in responding to my request for a quote. When I agreed to have them do the work, I was scheduled quickly and the work was completed perfectly. Rafael always kept me informed about the work, and any changes he encountered. He returned calls immediately and was on-site, and working when he said he would be there. He was professional when he worked with my neighbor, he left my neighbor’s property in the condition or better than he found it. Every day after completing the work day, my property was cleaned and his equipment was neatly stored in my backyard. Scope of project: Remove black rock and install 73 sq. feet of pavers in the area where the rocks had been located. I would recommend J & R Construction without hesitation.”

“Jake and Danny did a great job building a new deck on our house. Came out and measured everything up, got back to us within a week with a detailed quote. They collaborated with us on different idea that we hadn’t thought about which was very helpful. They finished on time and on budget. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and were a pleasure to have around.Over all we were very happy with the job and would definitely recommend them!”

“I have known Kelly Boyle for many years and have had him paint several of my homes. One was over 6,000 sq. ft. and the other was 3400 sq. ft. His work is so great that I even flew him down to CA to do my my there instead of hiring a local painter. He not only does a fabulous job painting but he is also very creative and can paint anything whether is is a landscape, special looks, or just plain painting...I have found no one like him!
