“Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door. Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplace. We have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan Contracting. We recommend them without reservation.”

“Andy's first project was our back deck in 2021. His attention to detail, pride, and craftsmanship in the job, made it an easy decision that we would hire him again. We did glass panel railings and added gorgeous lighting. About a year later we hired him to renovate 2 bathrooms. He guided us to a great local cabinet and local tile company he has worked with for years. Both companies that apply the same level of detail as him.
He always adds a creative touch that improves the functionality, and was willing to work with my creative ideas too. In my kids bathroom, we put a lot of thought into getting the right placement for shelving in the shower and we have a motion-sensored under vanity lighting (to light the floor) to act as a night light. Every time I walk in the bathroom I think it just looks stunning.
We will definitely hire Andy for future projects.”

His crew replaced the siding, gave me a new roof, gutters, gutter guard, downspouts, plus tore down & built a new deck across the entire back of the house and installed 2 new sliding doors to go out to the deck. They did such great quality work that I had them come back to install new kitchen & bath flooring tiles and build a new large 16' x 24' shed which we love so much cause we now have better storage space! I would definitely use them again for any work needed on my home because they are extremely knowledgeable, have fair prices and his teams were great to work with. Felt like they became part of our family!”
