The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various trade offs we could make. We were very happy with the project, which finished on time and on budget. We worked closely with Omar who were excellent, responsive, and professional. He was great problem solver and worked well with the appliance, countertop, flooring and cabinets, making sure that the final results had the highest quality. Paint was amazing. The pricing was not only fair but they helped us find ways to save through creative shortcuts. Very happy with how beautiful our house become. We would definitely work with Noor construction again! “Golden Heights remodeled our kitchen and we love it! The project required moving one interior wall, moving a door and windows and adding two windows. The house is stronger now with better shoring and support than before. We felt that Golden Heights was a one-stop shop with a network of designers, engineers, architects, electricians and of course, builders. Neryah was our project manager; he guided the process from start to finish. Neryah spent hours listening to our ideas and making sure that every detail was planned for ahead of time. He helped make design and lighting choices, shopped for tile with me, and designers from GH identified the perfect cabinet source for us. Once we were given a contracted price there were no increases or change orders except for what we wanted to add (removing crown molding and painting another room). Eran talked me into a pot filler over the stove (no extra charge for installation) and guess what...I use it almost every day. The construction crew that showed up each morning were courteous, friendly, hard working. Every day they cleaned up and made our house as livable as possible. Shout out to Ulysses and Memo! Golden Heights took care of foundation work, framing, stucco, texturing, painting, floor and cabinet installation, tiling, plumbing, electrical...all the things. Neryah is a perfectionist who insisted a few times that work be done the more difficult yet right way, even when we would have probably been satisfied otherwise. The amount of time the crew spent on the project was much less important to him than having it done the best way. Of course we had a couple of hiccups along the way, but never anything that caused us worry or conflict. Neryah is a problem solver for sure. We are typically DIY people (we have remodeled our three bathrooms, installed flooring, painted everything, husband used to build cabinets) but this project was too big for us. As fairly knowledgable folks, we can recommend Golden Heights as knowing their remodeling stuff.”

“I needed my whole house remodeled so we can list it for sale. I found Spectrum One on Angie's List and called their office to schedule an estimate. The lady who picked up the phone told me that there is a fee of $125 for Spectrum's estimators to come out which afterwards will get credited to me when Spectrum starts the job. I paid the fee via credit card and the lady scheduled the appointment the next day. Paul and Daniel came to my house right on time, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They took all the necessary measurements, pictures, and answered my questions about the whole process (I had some questions about the permit process and other things which I wasn't sure about), and in couple of days I received a reasonable quote. The estimate was very detailed and included everything we've discussed. I called Spectrum's office with some questions and got all clarifications I needed prior the work started. Spectrum pulled the permit 3 days after we signed the contract and the crew came out to do the demolition. All the workers who came to my house were very professional, they worked hard, and would always clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Spectrum One has done an amazing job remodeling my whole house from inside and outside. They really pay attention to detail. I loved the fact that if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the office and the sweetest staff would accommodate me with the world class customer service. I can't express how happy I am with making the choice to go with Spectrum One. They were absolutely amazing on all the aspects (administrative and construction).
