“My husband is a structural engineer and I'm an artist and when we purchased our own "fixer" in a great neighborhood, we were prepared for a lot of unexpected things, but not completely. We were faced with a home that needed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, window issues, a kitchen gut, master bathroom gut as well as general updating and decor. We were given Tim Reid GC number among others and found our salvation. Tim is thorough, professional and a perfectionist. He vetted our sub-contractors and put together a team that was A-1. With Tim's guidance, we have a beautiful, functional home that otherwise could have been a disaster. He was able to to guide us, provided insight and his considerable knowledge to our project. “Harvey and his team handled a whole basement remodel for us. He had previously remodeled some bathrooms for us so we knew the quality of his work and how easy he is to work with. It was a challenging space with structural and design issues and he had great practical solutions and ideas to get the most out of the space. The proposal and budget was very detailed so there were no surprises. When we did have to make changes, Harvey presented the options and we decided. Lastly, we were on a tight schedule and everything was completed on time and on budget. We are really happy with the results and are enjoying our new rooms!”

“We had Joey of FJA Construction do a lot of work fixing up our at the time 35 year old house. Quality of work was excellent and he was easy to work with. He did a lot of different types of work for us, tiling, kitchen cabinet installation, drywall repair/texturing/painting, outside deck rebuilding, stucco repair, and a lot more. We recommend FJA Construction highly.”

“The contractor did several different jobs for us. He replaced our dual glazed windows and put new trim around all of them, painted the outside of the house, replaced all the interior doors and frames and added new hardware. He just finished putting in new concrete in the backyard and a beautiful new composite deck with lighting. He works very hard, has a good attitude, does excellent work, and has good ideas to help with planning what the job will end up looking like. I would recommend him for any job. He is quite versatile and has knowledge about different materials such as tile, concrete, wood, etc.”
